• To provide support to Chefs by preparing the ingredients for cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
• Follow instructions form the superior and per food menu
• Checked all raw materials to be used for cooking to ensure adequacy and quality
• Maintain kitchen utensils and equipment
• Maintaining safety and sanitation of the kitchen area, specifically the cooking area, etc.
• Help preparing and arranging of food for delivery, based on company and HACCP standard procedure
• All other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned
• 3-5 Years Experience as Kitchen Helper preferred
• Basic English Communication skills
• Catering experience preferred
